</strong>I don’t recommend just winging it. Schedule your workouts. If you don’t, you will likely postpone it. This is one sure way to make sure you find the time outside of class. If your mobile phone has a calendar, be sure to add a reoccurring entry with alerts to remind you and keep you on task.</p>
<p>There are a few different options to schedule your workouts. Setting aside 10 minutes three times a day one way to organse a workout. Workout during commercials on TV. Or you can set aside 30 minutes before you go to work, and before you eat breakfast.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As you all know, we’re big advocates of working out outside of class. And, I’m always asked for ideas on how to workout more efficiently outside of class. So, here are some tips to help you workout during winter.</p>
<p><strong>1. Set goals</strong>. One of the biggest mistakes people make is to not set goals with their workouts. Be specific and write down your goals. What are you trying to get out of your workouts?</p>
<p>Make sure you write down goals for a week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 month and 12 months. This will enable you to keep a track of your progress. Another good idea is to write (not type) your goals on a piece of paper, and post them next to your mirror in the bathroom. Think about it, you are always looking into the mirror in the morning so why not make the goals more visible!</p>
<p>Goals can be whatever you want them to be &#8211; lose 10 kilo, fit into an old pair of jeans, breathe easier etc.</p>
