2. Schedule your workouts.


I don’t recommend just winging it. Schedule your workouts. If you don’t, you will likely postpone it. This is one sure way to make sure you find the time outside of class. If your mobile phone has a calendar, be sure to add a reoccurring entry with alerts to remind you and keep you on task.

There are a few different options to schedule your workouts. Setting aside 10 minutes three times a day one way to organse a workout. Workout during commercials on TV. Or you can set aside 30 minutes before you go to work, and before you eat breakfast.
